Shipping policy

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Netherlands & Belgium €2.95 for orders under €50.00
Germany €9.95
France €14.95
Rest of Europe €24.95

Delivery is via a parcel carrier. In general, delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
