Right of withdrawal procedure

You have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires possession of the product. In the case of delivery of an order consisting of multiple items, this period starts after receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to withdraw from the contract. For revocation, please complete a clearly formulated statement electronically and send it via our email info@mooisa.com

Before returning a shipment, this must always be reported first before returning. Please report this via email and please wait for confirmation.

If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the revocation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. After the statutory withdrawal period/cooling-off period has expired, we can unfortunately no longer process your withdrawal.

You must always state your order number on the outside of the package. You will find this number on your packing slip. Without this number your return cannot be processed, therefore your return payment cannot be made!

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive a refund of the payment you have made up to that time for the products. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, so that we can assess whether the product has been received by us in good condition.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. It is important that we receive the product back from you in good condition (see below how to return it).

In the event of a defective or damaged item, we would first like to receive one or more photos by email on which we can assess this. In that case, always contact our customer service first.


Information about returns

If the purchase agreement is revoked, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You must return your product as follows:

-The product must be properly packaged in the original packaging. You must repack the product as you received it. Only in this way can the products be shipped properly.

The product must of course be undamaged and unused. If we find that a product is damaged or used, we cannot process the return/revocation.

-You pay the return costs yourself. After you have reported your cancellation, you will receive from us the address to which the return shipment can be sent.

-Provide proof of return yourself.

-You must always state your order number on the outside of the package. You will find this number on your packing slip. Without this number your return cannot be processed, therefore your return payment cannot be made!

Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the product arriving at us damaged, in which case we cannot process the return and will not refund you. When returning, you are responsible for proof of return. If a return shipment is lost, we will always ask for the proof of postage of the return shipment. We legally need this to be able to process the return/revocation.
